PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Supporting Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse
This training is designed for therapists, coaches, counsellors, social workers, teachers, and helping professionals who want to better understand and support survivors of narcissistic abuse.
You’ll explore how narcissistic abuse affects the nervous system, sense of self, attachment patterns, trauma bonds, and a client’s ability to trust their own reality.
With a clear clinical framework and somatic tools, you’ll learn how to recognise hidden patterns, avoid common therapeutic pitfalls, regulate overwhelm, and support the gradual return of agency, self-trust, and authentic expression.
The training includes live online sessions, supervision, recordings, a PDF workbook, practical resources, and one private session with Julia.

SUPERVISION
Reflect, Untangle, and Return With Clarity
Supervision with Julia offers a grounded space for therapists, counsellors, nurses, social workers, and helping professionals to pause, reflect, and grow in their work.
Together, you can explore complex cases, client dynamics, professional challenges, and the ways your own history, relational patterns, and nervous system responses may enter the room.
Drawing on Somatic Experiencing®, systemic frameworks, Bert Hellinger’s work, and years of clinical and organisational experience, supervision looks beyond the individual case to the wider system.
Available individually or for teams, online or in person on Mallorca, in English, German, or Spanish.
CLIENT EXPERIENCES
A glimpse into the lived experiences of those who have walked this path — each one unique, yet connected by a shared movement toward healing and reconnection.

FAQs
A space to answer the most common questions about working together, so you can feel informed, supported, and clear before taking your next step.
What can I expect from a session?
Sessions are a calm and supportive space where we work gently at your pace. Using a body-centered and trauma-informed approach, we explore what your system is holding and allow it to process safely, without overwhelm.
Do I need to have a specific issue to start?
Not at all. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Many people come with a general sense of disconnection, confusion, or emotional overwhelm, and we begin from there, step by step.
Are sessions suitable if I’ve experienced narcissistic abuse?
Yes. This work is especially supportive for those recovering from narcissistic abuse and complex relational trauma, helping you reconnect with your sense of reality, safety, and self-trust.
How long does the process usually take?
Healing is not linear and looks different for everyone. Some people notice shifts early on, while for others it unfolds more gradually. We move at a pace that feels right and sustainable for you.
Can sessions be done online?
Yes. Sessions are available both online via Zoom and in person in Mallorca. The online format is just as effective and allows you to work from a space where you feel safe and comfortable.
